Solid understanding of typical Treasury process flows in a large multinational organization 
Implementation/strong knowledge of deal management functions 
Implementation/knowledge of key general ledger processes; including multi-currency processing, translation, interunit accounting, allocations, reconciliation, consolidation and eliminations; Month and quarter end processing 
Strong understanding of Financial statements and regulatory reporting requirements; experience implementing the Statement of Cashflow; preparation of footnote disclosures 
Implemented the Cashflow Statement process and other regulatory reporting 
Experience with business process evaluation and re-design 
Experience with the SDLC; fit/gap analysis, requirements gathering, writing functional and technical specifications, design and testing cycles 
Experience with nVision and OBIEE Reporting Tools 

Job Summary 
Analyze requirements documented and facilitate solution with the Technology team 
Act as liaison between Business (accounting) and Technology teams 
Translate and document business requirements into functional solutions during the Solution and Design phases of the project 
Prepares and executes test plans and cases for all test cycles (System, Integration and User Acceptance testing) 
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing 
Prepares and conducts End User Training 
Documents test results and traceability matrix 
Analyze and research bugs/issues from test cycles while working with the necessary resources (Business and/or Technology teams) to resolve issue

Key Responsibilities: 
Participate in defining the architectural vision and direction of Endeca solutions. 
Drive the translation of complex business initiatives into innovative technology solutions and ensure architectural consistency across solution boundaries. 
Create technology roadmaps in line with business vision and direction. 
Work with Business Stakeholders and Project Managers to understand inefficiencies in existing applications and recommend solutions. 
Work collaboratively with the other technical experts in IT to make technology decisions impacting cross portfolio solutions and implementations 
Suggest application enhancements to provide greater functionality and capabilities 
Direct and manage the development team both onshore and offshore. 

Qualifications: 
Minimum 10 years experience working with IT Technologies. 
Minimum 1 year Endeca Development/Architecture experience 
Experience with the global service delivery model. 
Experience creating solutions and managing full life cycle development. 

Preferred Skills: 
Previous experience in IT consulting. 
Strong leadership skills, decision making and problem solving abilities 
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using Endeca technologies 
Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments and leadership skills in multiple Technologies 
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and project management skills 
The ability to drive process re-design and improvements and provide direction to others for the implementation of those improvements 
Bachelors Degree

- Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Preferred Skills 
- BS/BA or equivalent in, accounting, finance, economics, or related areas. 
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) 
- Real estate lending audit, risk management, and/or operations experience preferably in the areas of origination, capital markets, credit risk management, servicing, default servicing, etc..
