Description:    The Global Trade Finance Department offers solutions to provide liquidity, mitigate risk and connect counterparties in order to facilitate trade flows. Commodity Finance is one of three key businesses within the Global Trade Finance Department, the other two are Supply Chain Finance and Export & Agency Finance 

This client is seeking a Client Executive at the Vice President level. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

Lead execution of financings by explaining to client; obtaining signatures and notarizations; collecting fees. 
Evaluate credit proposals and documentation by confirming credit worthiness; maintain a focus on quality of loan applications and documentation by strong attention to detail. 
Internal and external communication to achieve business results. 
Support senior officers in marketing and preparation of presentation. 
Support senior loan officers in loan application approvals. 
Support clients by answering questions; responding to requests. 
Keep job knowledge current by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS /SKILLS: 
Candidates should have a strong corporate finance skills and knowledge and expertise of Trade Finance with a minimum of 7+ years work experience in a corporate bank. This position will have a strong focus on confidentiality and compliance, therefore, successful candidates should have a strong attention to detail, possess excellent analytical skills and an ability to build relationships with and communicate effectively with clients. 

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Business, Economics or Accounting. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Compliance focused with attention to detail. 
Proactive decision maker. 
Good knowledge of financial software, ie. MS Excel, Bloomberg/Reuters. 
Spanish language skills desirable and/or Portuguese or Japanese a plus.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years recent experience in Dynamics CRM custom development 
Experience writing technical design documents 
Knowledge of Object Oriented design, agile development and best practices 
Excellent communication skills 

Preferred Skills 
Expert knowledge of ASP.NET .NET C# JavaScript Dynamics CRM Development 
Good knowledge of SSIS SQL 2005/2008, AJAX, Visual Studio 2008, SOAP/XML 
Advanced knowledge of Web

Coach, mentor, provide feedback and improve the skill set and productivity of the team 
Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company 
Recruit and train future team members 
Initiate, manage, and take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams and divisions on different areas of service management and delivery 
Involvement in appraisal and career planning of employees 
Draw up reports for the analysis of the SVP and senior management and make presentations 
Represent the team in senior management meetings along with the SVP
