Responsibilities
Lead executive and business teams to shareholder value based decisions·

Lead strategy and leadership teams in developing key and or difficult acquisitions/growth transactions and strategies.
Coach and advise VP, SVP and other HP executives.

The candidate will be responsible for creating & delivering, in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce and J2EE technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for the application design, development and support of Salesforce related projects.
The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.
 
Through the use of UML diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies; you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams.
 
Specific Duties:
- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
- Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
- Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.
 
Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience in SFDC architecture, Apex , Visual Force, Triggers, Classes
- At least 4 years experience in integrating with external applications using SOA / ESB technologies
- At least 4 years experience in Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other integration methods newly introduced in SFDC
- At least 4 years experience in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes
- At least 4 years experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
- Certified in Salesforce.com including Force.com
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Willingness to travel at least 35%

Responsibilities
Directly supervises employees in the QA/QC Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Oversees investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, safety and effectiveness of products and participates in corrective action determinations.
Directs the activities of the Quality Department (Quality Assurance, Quality Control) to ensure compliance with all appropriate regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO 13485:2003, CMDR, MDD, and AATB.
Ensures the quality system is established, implemented and maintained in compliance with all applicable FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485:2003, the Medical Device Directive (93/42EEC), and the Canadian Medical Device Regulations (CMDR).
Oversee internal audits, vendor audits and vendor qualification, corrective and preventive action system, non-conforming materials, Material Review Board, calibration program, and document control.
Oversee product quality reviews, management reviews and preparation of quality reports.
Ensure that all projects and validations are in compliance with QSR, and ISO requirements.
Ensure dependable and timely results from quality control, including process control and support for process changes in compliance with QSR, and ISO requirements.
Participate in review of product labeling.
Participate in FDA inspections, ISO certification and customer audits.
Participate in evaluation of new product opportunities.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Interact and coordinate activities with other departments, external vendors and customers.
Evaluate the performance of the Quality Department employees with the intent of increasing their competency.
