Description:   
• Generate client leads through direct marketing, cold & warm calling and e-mail, based on assigned targets.
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers. Typically these are Treasurers, CFOs, and Assistant Treasurers.
• Schedule appointments with them from database of qualified prospects and create new opportunities.
• Consult with prospects to identify client needs by asking great questions about financial topics.
• Understand the prospect’s business environment and communicate the firm's value proposition.
• Learn to craft counter positions to objections encountered with warm & cold prospects
• Collaborate with field sales reps.
• Assistance with marketing event registration.
 
Desired Skills & Experience
• Proven success achieving sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. MBA is a plus.
• Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales prospects.
• Experience nurturing prospects for calls & meetings.
• A self-starter with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach.
• Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills.
• Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive level audience by having intelligent business conversations.
• Finance experience is a VERY STRONG plus.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Prior experience using Salesforce is a plus.

About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional engineer to join our front-end team to help build products powered by our technology platform. We have consumer facing products that extend from api's, widgets, mobile and a lot more. You will be part of the small team that is responsible for building the best in class consumer facing products and evolution of our product. What you need for this position:
Strong with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a deep understanding of how to make everything work harmoniously together
5+ years experience writing javascript, CSS, and HTML
Strong command of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility with progressive enhancement
You understand browser performance and how to prevent problems from arising and how to fix them if they do
Practical knowledge of REST and working with APIs, developing APIs. etc.
Implement new features and optimize existing ones
Work closely with product managers, back-end engineers and operations
Knowledgeable foundation in interaction design principles
Ability to work through product ideas by fast prototyping and quick iterations
PASSIONATE about realizing great design through code. You have opinions about the products you work on and aren't afraid to defend them / be criticized / be wrong. You know how to be confident and consultative at the same time
Ability to go off-book in JavaScript. You were doing front-end web development well before there were good JavaScript libraries out there (5+ years), so you are comfortable hand rolling the last 10% in JavaScript when that's the right thing to do
Experience writing code that interacts with a large, complex back end and working with talented server engineers - you need to be able to at least read complex server side code if not write it well. You must have some experience working in a server side scripting language, it would be great if it was Ruby since it’s our back-end language of choice
Experience with mobile application development a plus (Android, iOS, Windows 8)

• Act as liaison manager with the Venture Capital and investment community in the field of Agriculture and Biotech and represent the strategic interest
 
• Leverage synergy across the organization and corporate to optimize the implementation of Licensing and Venture Capital investment by exchanging best practices, common processes, information management, etc.
 
• Ensure effective communication within the division and the corporate group through management excellence by organizing regular meetings, reporting and pro-actively resolving any issues
