Description:   
• 8 + years of SDET experience overall
 
• Through understanding of BizTalk- send ports, receive ports, orchestration with basic BizTalk administration skills.
 
• Able to deploy BizTalk MSI’s and troubleshoot issues of deployment in SIT environment.
 
• Experience with BizUnit is a huge plus. Should have written VS Unit test cases for C# applications, web services, WCF, mock testing.
 
• Understanding data mapping specifications (like EDI->OAGIS,CSV->Oagis,etc) and ablity to come with test cases for the different conditions in the mapping spec.
 
• From WCF perspective , understanding of contracts, ability to do end to end integration testing , collate results & publish.
 
Experience with TDD, CI, testing patterns would be highly appreciated.
 
• Should be well versed in SDLC and SCRUM or similar Agile implementation methodologies and with a solid track record of meeting SIT milestones on time
 
• Excellent exposure to back-end testing and White box testing
 
• Proficient in planning, writing, and executing test specifications.
 
• Experience writing solid bug reports and analysis
 
• Excellent testing knowledge & ability to use latest testing technology and standards
 
• Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges
 
• Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done
 
• Strong quality & risk quantification & management skills
 
• Excellent verbal communications and cross group collaboration skills
 
• Great problem solving skills and high intellectual horsepower "

Lead a small Market Development team
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Technology organizations.
Effectively use research, key operating metrics, ROI analysis and database management to ensure fact-based decisions are made and performance is monitored
Combine empirical and critical skills with good judgment and a strong intuitive sense of what will work in the marketplace
