Description:    This position serves as the application support specialist for Oracle Human Resources and its related applications. This person will serve as the main support person for all Oracle HR related projects including production support, and new enhancement. 
This job requires extensive knowledge of Oracle Human Resources related modules. 
Responsibilities include: 
- Support Oracle Human Resources, Oracle Benefit, Self-service HR and iRecruitment 
- Support all Oracle HR related interfaces 
- Manage and support Oracle HR related projects 
- Provide training to business users in HR Dept 

EXPERIENCE: 

1. Bachelor's degree or plus 

2. 3+ years experiences for Oracle Human Resources, Self-service HR and iRecruitment applications 

3. Knowledge of SQL 

4. Ability to work with various levels of business users, other IT staff and the vendor to resolve business and systems issues in a timely manner. 

5. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required 

6. We are looking for a senior Oracle HR support with implementation experiences. 

SKILLS: 1. Implementation and support experiences for Oracle Human Resources application, Oracle Self-service HR, Oracle iRecruitment, Oracle Benefit. 
2. Basic SQL skill for troubleshooting and interface projects. 

Weekend work is required when implementing new code or patches in Production

Description:    - 10+ years C++ experience (software developer covers all aspects of development) 
- Experience with overall architecture 
- needs to develop class hierarchies etc. 
- needs to create/embed an object database for persistent storage (fast efficient storage/retrieval of objects during a session and between different sessions. Decide whether to use an object oriented database like Object Store or use object-relational mapping etc.) 
- needs to add support for undo/redo functionality if possible 
- needs to provide xml export/import of model (support import of legacy models, copy/paste of objects between sessions and within a session etc. 
- needs to write binary file import/export (database file and ideally separate binary results files via hdf5 export/import) 
- needs to design API (need clean separation of GUI and engine) 
- needs to embed a scripting language that includes GUI scripting if possible (VB, Python, MatLab, letc.) 
- Commercial product experience (release cycle, installers, infrastructure, version control, automated bug reporting etc.) 
- needs to set up development infrastructure (version control, automated QA/regression systems etc.) 
- ideally has CAE product experience (has owned the development of a commercial CAE product)
