POSITION SUMMARY
Designs, implements, communicates and executes the Compensation and Benefits strategy for company by partnering with Senior Management, Mid-Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Employees.
Supports internal and external customers through a Center of Excellence Model.
Provides both strategic and tactical solutions for Compensation and Benefits Programs.
Strong communication and relationship management skills desired to balance the needs of the client with those of corporate control and organization-wide consistency.
Strong analytical and project management skills required.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
� Responsible for day to day Compensation and Benefits process improvement
� Administers and improves Merit Pay and Incentive-Based Pay Programs
� Leads the performance management process including annual employee appraisal program
� Researches and assesses the market competitiveness of existing pay structures, incentive and reward programs and employee benefit programs
� Leads the company's promotion process
� Researches and creates innovative reward and recognition programs
� Responsible for improving benefits communication to include the distribution of annual benefits statements
� Develops compensation and benefits policies and best practice guidelines
� Prepares, collects and organizes data for benefit plan audits
� Establishes, negotiates and maintains contracts with vendors as it relates to benefits administration and consulting
� Ensures compliance with ERISA, HIPPA, COBRA, and SPD�s
� Leads the company's annual open enrollment process
� Periodically audits Compensation and Benefits Program to determine program and practice effectiveness
� Designs and implements new Employee Benefit Programs

Job Description:
Support the business initiatives of the assigned Business Unit by providing both proactive and reactive financial insight, analysis and perspective.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide financial guidance and assistance.
Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.
Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets.
Recommend and follow through on appropriate corrective action.
Prepare appropriate price-volume analyses to identify market trends and profitability impacts of marketplace factors.
Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
Perform a financial review of all CER and DAR requests.
Coordinate the development, monitoring and implementation of inventory objectives.
Assist in the preparation of and explanation of the P&L to management.
Develop and periodically generate financial reports.

Qualifications/Work Experience:
5+ years finance experience in a professional business environment.
Prefer accounting experience gained in both the public and private sectors.
Demonstrated proficeincy in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Demonstrated internal customer service skill.

Percent Travel Required 10%

Senior Accountant to be responsible for inter-company accounting, reconciliation and communications, coordination of sales and use tax audits, preparation of various state and local non income tax returns, foreign currency payments, month end closing entries and other ad hoc requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intercompany:
Review and deliver preliminary and final invoice listings to affiliates at month end for both inventory and manual invoices.
Monthly reconciliation between general ledger and affiliate statements of affiliate payables and receivables.
Monthly confirmation of affiliate payables and receivables with affiliates.
Ensure the generation of invoices to affiliates.
Prepare intercompany netting requirements � payments/receipts of amounts due to/from affiliates.
Preparation of journal entries related to corporate billings.
Coordination with affiliates to resolve any intercompany disputes.
Taxes

Coordinate with Corporate audit State Sales and Use tax audits as they occur.
Provide supporting documentation to tax auditors and coordinate on site visits.
Lead the completions of tax forms related to property, business licenses and occupational taxes.
Other Responsibilities

Reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
Extensive work with Oracle and HFM.
Running various reports and inquiries.
Instruct AP and AR to apply payments and receipts of cash both through netting and regular payment.
Provide input into hedging forecast for foreign currency payments.
Sarbanes Oxley Documentation.
Ad hoc requests.

Qualifications/Work Experience :
3-7 years experience in accounting.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Highly motivated, hard worker with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access and Oracle, preferred
