Sr. Eagle Pace (don't need Eagle Star) Business Analyst with strong technical back ground (very proficient in SQL and VB). This role will be 80% business and 20 technica where an in-depth understanding of Performance & Benchmark data, reporting, and calculation is required. This role will interact extensively with Sr. Analysts from the Performance Business Team and should be able to explain Pace report calculations and methodologies based against industry standard such as GIPS.

Experience Required : 10 + years

The successful Technical Project Manager will have experience managing the development of messaging applications to interface with external financial networks such as SWIFT, CHIPS, FED, etc. This person must have a strong technical messaging background with solid experience managing the application development process in a AIX/UNIX environment. This individual will lead the development and testing of large-scale and complex financial messaging initiatives. He or she needs to demonstrate an ability to manage a team responsible for producing quality deliverables on time and on budget is required. Delivers timely and quality services that meet or exceed team manager's and client expectations. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and must have a solid history of managing development, support, modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting technologies.

The Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary, dedicated technology interface to the business/client from the onset of the project and:
- Provides expertise on cross-application development implications
- Approves business requirements, estimation, functional specifications, testing strategy and other activities to ensure project alignment

The Technical Project Manager should contribute to discussions about the development and implementation of various technical strategies by:
- Identifying and implementing cross-enterprise IT / application initiatives
- Defining new service/migration models that require business process redesign and application changes
- Identifying and assessing opportunities with significant business process design and IT components
- Responsible for maintaining, communicating and developing the overall technical implementation strategies and schedules to all the migration phases of the project.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS DESIRED:
�Minimum of ten years of development financial applications on a distributed application environment with 5 years of IT project leader/manager experience
�Experience using RUP process including the automated testing tools such as Rational or Mercury is required
�Minimum of 5 years experience with C/C++, Java, Oracle, MQ Series.
�Extensive UNIX expertise in developing or testing multi-threading, transaction processing and messaging systems are required.
�Experience with building or testing software to interface with IntraNet�s MTS, SWIFTNet Link (SNL), SAG (SWIFT Alliance Gateway), FIN, CHIPS, FEDWire are a major plus.
�Proven management experience with the software development life cycle including analysis, design, coding, and testing. Some knowledge of use case analysis and Object Oriented Design.
�General knowledge and understanding of specific tools including Rational Suite of products, Harvest, VisualStudio, JBuilder, Junit, Internet explorer, JSP, and XML.
�The preferred candidate should possess the following: Excellent oral and written communication skills; Must be a strong technical team leader who works well with technical and non-technical resources, capable of both direct and matrix management; Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management; Must take initiative; Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.

Candidate Must Have :
* Experience leading the development and testing of large-scale, complex financial messaging initiatives
* EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team
