Experience Required

IT business process, systems analysis, and project management experience required.

Excellent Program Management skills and experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects across functional, technical, and geographical boundaries

Demonstrated leadership skills in directing all phases of a project from budgeting, requirements gathering and quoting to staffing, quality management and on-time delivery

Solid understanding of Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and/or Purchasing concepts and how they relate to the engineering/product life cycle from concept through design, mfg, test and service

Employee supervision experience as a team or project leader responsible for engineering projects and/or engineering software applications. .

Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project

Excellent organization and communication skills with demonstrated business savvy to interact with management, users, contract resources, vendors, and other IT teams

Domain knowledge on Design Engineering and PLM systems

Strong experience in mapping business processes to new technologies

Strong analytic skills and understanding of data-driven business decision making

 

Responsibilities:

 

Working with the business to improve collection of product master data

Provide program management for business process re-engineering efforts as well as new application developments and implementations.

Provide IT project management to deliver solutions on-time and on-budget.

Responsible for successful system implementations by planning for and delivering the proper application training and deployment support as required.

Responsible for successfully utilizing offshore resources.

Participate in BU account management assignments as required.
