Description:    Will also consider candidates in Minneapolis or San Francisco 

Senior leadership position within Treasury responsible for the firm's Recovery and Resolution Plan ( RRP ) or Living Will efforts together with the requirements of Dodd Frank . Will be responsible for the continued development and production of the RRP(s) and submission to and approval of the Plan by regulators. Position functions as the Subject Matter Expert on resolution and recovering planning. 

- Manage a team of Financial/Treasury Analysts in support of recovery and resolution planning 
- Maintenance of documentation supporting the RRP 
- Project management responsibilities including preparation of timelines and deliverables, desktop publishing, data management, issue/resolution management 
- Support Leadership Steering Committee 
- Develop expertise within team on specific topics of interest/concern (trading, hedging and derivatives, managing collateral, guarantees, payment, clearing and settlement, line of business processes, funding and liquidity, MIS and data production, international jurisdiction, and legal entity regulatory regimes) 
- Manage internal audit project management, regulatory change PMO office and assurance team reviews and exams 
- Establish scenario analysis process (base, adverse, stress adverse) 
- Partner with Treasury Compliance Manager to ensure full scope coverage in Compliance Program 

Qualifications 
8+ years finance experience and 6+ years management experience 
Demonstrated organizational and analytical ability 
Proven ability to effectively communicate through oral and written communications 
Proven ability to research, interpret and communicate needs of constituents 
Project management 
Knowledge of regulatory capital requirements, liquidity management and funding. 
Regulatory compliance and regulatory relationship management experience 

Preferred Skills 
Bachelors degree in Business related field with background in finance and accounting 
MBA with Finance concentration 
Prior operational and/or credit experience

Actively manage staffing schedules to allow the business to manage peaks of activity in a dynamic and efficient way. 
Acts as a liaison to internal teams and 3rd party vendors for development and maintenance of the web site. 
Works across departments to define web roadmap and strategies. 
Works with the Executive Management Team to define the corporate e-commerce strategy

Key Accountabilities Include: 
- Lead execution of integrated audits for compliance with the BSA/AML and Global Sanctions as auditor-in-charge. 
- Identify and assess key risks and controls and develop effective test plans 
- Demonstrate professional skepticism and ability to think critically. 
- Exhibit good judgment in identifying issues, present findings to clients, and drafting final audit reports 
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that are generally moderate to large in size and moderate to high in complexity. 
- Evaluate and provide value-added solutions and recommendations to clients for complex problems. 
- Write opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions. 
- Communicate audit results and findings to clients. 
- Well-rounded understanding of the financial, operational, technical, and regulatory environment in the financial services industry. 

Basic Qualifications 
6+ years audit experience. 

Plusses 
- 6+ years audit and/or risk management experience. 

Preferred Skills 
Bachelor's degree. 
CIA, CRCM, CAMS and/or Commissioned Bank Examiner designations. 
Experience within the financial services industry. 
Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. 
Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
