@ Experience supporting 1000 users. 

Responsibilities 
§ Provide Microsoft network administration for Windows 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2 based systems. 
§ Provide NetApp storage administration for multiple environments. 
§ Provide support for Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005 and 2008 in a clustered environment. 
§ Provide support of Active Directory and related services. 
§ Provide support for Exchange Server 2007 and related services. 
§ Will support multiple VMWare environments. 
§ Will support multiple Citrix environments. 
§ Will build, maintain and support systems and servers. 
§ Provide application support for firm and internal development group. 
§ Will be required to resolve production issues and troubleshoot problems. 
§ Responsible for administration and support of remote systems and applications. 
§ Participate in on call/after hours support. 
§ We be required to write documentation in support of infrastructure.

Description:    Basic Qualifications 
7+ years capital markets industry experience with 3+ years management experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 
- Strong understanding of the terms and conditions of mandatory and voluntary offers and the process of communicating these to clients and internal interested parties (Subject Matter Expert) 
- Strong analytical, organizational and management skills 
- Customer Service orientation is a must with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization 
- Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days of start 
- Minimum of 10 years of experience 
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience including leading teams through change 
- Minimum of 5 years of Corporate Actions experience in a Financial Services firm with a focus on servicing a Prime Services business 
- Strong ability to train, develop and mentor staff 
- Familiar with the regulatory environment and maintaining strong controls 
- Detailed working knowledge of Broadridge 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
- Experience working with custodians, depositories, agents and brokers to ensure timely and accurate processing of events to client accounts and to appropriately manage risk 
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors effectively 
- Demonstrated ability leading teams through changes required to support the overall strategy of the organization 

Preferred Skills 
- Bachelor s degree 
- Strong industry working relationships 
- Working knowledge of XSP a plus 
- Comprehensive financial products knowledge 
- MIS presentation and report writing experience 
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with an attention to detail

Description:    Responsible for driving the Wealth Planning model across all client segments in a specific San Diego/OC region. Serves and delivers planning services to the most complex, visible and top revenue generating clients. Serves as an advocate for and understands all planning services across client segments including affluent, HNW, and UHNW. In addition, this position serves as a role model for Planning personnel. Partners with Senior leaders across the market to drive additional Private Bank business. 

Oversees the Wealth Planning team in a geographic region on a day to day basis. Responsible for balancing workflow assignments, managing planning engagements, and coaching. Acts as liaison to Senior Director Planning and team members assisting in day-to-day oversight of planning process as well as human resource issues. Responsible for implementation of best practices and consistency of the planning process. Delivers planning engagements to HNW clients within The Private Bank. Supervises the preparation of analyses and work product, and deliver the work product in partnership with the relationship management team. Works with the RM to document and close business opportunities identified in the planning process. Partners with RD and other regional leaders as well as SDP to drive overall business for TPB. Meets with Centers of Influence to develop and expand client relationships. This position is a player/coach role. 

Basic Qualifications 
10+ years of experience with financial planning or tax, working with High Net Worth clients. 

Minimum Qualifications 

At least one designation, and preference for two designations, as either CFP, CPA, CFA, JD, MBA, MS Taxation, LLM or equivalent certification 
Proficient in complex tax and wealth planning areas 
Ability to create and/or review complex wealth plans 
Able to oversee the project of a wealth plan from engagement to implementation 
Possesses industry knowledge, technical skills and relationship building skills. 
Proven expertise in the use of wealth planning programs and proficient in current office, presentation and spreadsheet software. 
Self starter who is motivated, technically astute and team oriented. 
Self-motivated to seek additional knowledge and improve skill set. 
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are critical. 
Ability to coach junior team members. 
Proven ability to find and build strong partnerships to be a valuable team member and resource. 
Must be able to travel to 15%. 

Preferred Skills 
JD and CPA preferred. Experience working with privately held business owners and succession planning issues preferred. Experience with corporate taxation preferred as well.
