The Project Manager for internal projects provides the leadership and management skills necessary to ensure the success of the Product Releases from conception to deployment. Working as the integral liaison with various departments internally, the Project Manager coordinates resources, schedules and executes timely delivery of milestone 

The Project Manager also helps to process and estimate new client requests, prepare proposals and determine implementation schedule. 

Required Experience 
3+ years proven track record of managing projects, managing multi-functional teams, product, people and process, preferably with SaaS software implementations 
Experience working in corporate PMO, banking, consulting or software industry 
Application of structured developmental methodology ( Agile and Waterfall ) 
Ability to identify, track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise 
Understand impact of issues on project schedules and scope 
Ability to organize, prepare and present necessary documentation 
Understanding of capabilities of relevant technologies 
Proven track record in estimating and managing client expectations 
Excellent communication skills, able to present complex ideas to different audiences 
Ability to communicate topics clearly to both business and technology professionals 
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, while tracking progress on each (Microsoft Project) 
Self motivated and driven to succeed; tenacious in obtaining results 
PMI certification a plus 
Some previous hands on development experience a plus 
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or the equivalent, MS degree a plus, from a challenging educational program

SQL DBA is responsible for maintaining database servers from an operational perspective. 

This includes backups, maintenance, monitoring, performance testing/enhancements, setup of new database hardware, creation of new databases & database instances. Technical expertise to include Database technologies and products (MS SQL 2005/2008 (Standard and Enterprise), Oracle, MySQL. 

infrastructure includes, VMware, EMC SAN's, CISCO routers/switches and VoIP, Juniper Networks firewalls, intrusion detection and VPN and load balancers. This person will be expected to execute the assigned database initiatives and fiscal projects to ensure timely and accurate implementation in support of the company’s goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities: 
· Assist in the development of strategy and design for the company’s database architecture. 
· Monitor performance and tune systems to reduce database query times. 
· Perform weekly re-index of production databases (during off-hours). 
· Take lead in resolving ( daily) and troubleshooting production database issues. 
· Develop, manage and test backup and recovery policies and plans. 
· Set up new database servers and databases in a timely manner. 
· Support others in analyzing and resolving problems involving the database infrastructure. 
· Ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly. 
· Advise management on solutions to database technology problems and needs. 
· Manage capacity planning and monitor database growth. 
· Apply and test service packs; Key participant in SAN administration 

· Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of database architecture and configuration 
· Assist in development, testing, and execution of disaster recovery &business continuity plans. 
· Assist in efforts to prepare for and participate in audits regarding the database installation. 

Additional Responsibilities 
· Manage project time, status and use of expense reporting tools including Crystal Reports. 
· Attend competency, department and organizational meetings as required. 
· Will be working outside usual business hours in order to support servers, systems, and services without impeding access to these servers and services during usual business hours. 
· Support the development of internal processes and documentation. 

Technology Skills Requirements: 
· Deep understanding of SQL database design and operation. 
· Windows 2000/2003 services in AD environments. 
· Experience in backup and recovery scenarios and scripting 
· Strong performance tuning skills (SQL database and EMC SAN). 
· Strong knowledge of related database utilities. 
· Must have TCP/IP and common routing topologies.

The Risk Infrastructure group is part of the Corporate Risk Controls department and is responsible for developing applications and models for various departments within the Department. 
The primary objective of a Risk Infrastructure Specialist is to design and develop applications for the Corporate Risk Controls group so as to help manage risk effectively. 

Design, build and support information systems for various corporate risk departments. 
Support a highly diverse portfolio of applications including: Credit and Legal systems, Var Calculator, oil trading systems, financial & risk management systems, market price databases, and executive information systems. 
Design and build web based technology solutions as required by business units. 
Develop and implement financial models for the Corporate Risk Controls group. 
Evaluate and, as appropriate, implement technology that would allow access to business information via hand held devices using wireless technologies. 
Design, build and maintain Corporate Risk reporting web site for management reporting. 
Integrate various data feeds to the Corporate Risk database. 
Qualifications 

BS in Computer Science/related discipline or commensurate work experience. 
Must be flexible to work out of our New York, NY and their NJ office 
Experience with creating and supporting applications in a Windows 2000/XP desktop environment, using Microsoft SQL Server 2000, ASP.NET (Visual Basic, C#), Visual Basic 6.0, HTML, MS-Access and web-based tools. 
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels of management. 
Must be able to take the initiative and work independently as well as part of a team. 
Knowledge of trading and financial systems helpful. 
Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services is a plus.

Leverage your strong C++ and stochastic mathematical skills to become a quantitative analyst. Enhance and extend our pricing and risk models. These models are used by leading traders and risk managers at hedge funds and investment banks around the world. 

* MS or PhD in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline (eg. Physics, Engineering) required. 

* Experience in quantitative modeling of equity derivatives, FX derivatives and credit derivatives desired. 

* Five years experience programming in C++. The ideal candidate will be a practitioner in C++ with the ability to create highly-reusable and easily-extendable modular code that fulfills the quantitative requirements using suitable design patterns. 

* Knowledge of relational databases is a plus. 

* Ability to work independently and within a team in a customer-facing environment.
