- Good organizational skills. Must have strong multi-tasking skills. Duties/Functions:
- Primary point of contact for second line application support for web applications
- Work closely w/ the business to understand the priority of support issues and to keep them updated on progress.
- Investigate issues, determine most appropriate response.
- Propose solutions to problems, considering timelines, effectiveness and practicality in addressing the business’ needs.
- Assign defects to the development team, providing sufficient information to enable a solution, responding to questions in a timely manner and validating proposed solutions.
- Manage each web application’s backlog of requirements, ensuring they are prioritized and a sufficient level of information is captured.
- Manage work effectively, re-prioritizing as and when needed and communicating any risks, issues or impediments to their line manager.
- Participate in daily progress meetings, representing the needs of the business.
- Support development projects being accountable for the completion of tasks such as analysis and development of business requirements, acceptance criteria and backlogs, as well as coordinating user acceptance testing.
