Qualifications required:
· A minimum of 1 year experience in a corporate environment. Experience in the financial services industry or as a consultant to the financial services industry or hedge fund experience is extremely desirable
· A business or computer science Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is desired
· Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills
· Some US and global travel may be required

This position focuses on building and maintaining strong working relationships between the company and Prime Brokers, Counterparties and Banks, collectively referred to as ‘brokers’. This position is responsible for requesting and following up on all data requests between the parties and insuring that all needed information is obtained on a timely basis. It will entail supporting both legacy applications and it's Front to Back application. Working with a global team of Liaisons, this individual will be responsible for aspects of the broker relationships for clients located around the world. Broker Liaisons in any time zone can be called upon to assist clients in any time zone.
· Collectively, this group is responsible for insuring that client data is flowing as expected when new interfaces are implemented or new clients go live
· Process and coordinate account requests from internal operations staff on behalf of our clients. This includes setting up account relationships with brokers and establishing daily feed requirements
· Escalation point for the Data Support Delivery Team when data problems are encountered. The Broker Liaison will be expected to be available to assist the Data Support Delivery Team when external interactions are necessary
· Liaise with operations staff to address their concerns regarding new requests. These could be in the form of new clients, new fund start-ups or additional data requirements for existing clients/ funds
· Identify and define client issues and enhancement requests. As necessary work with the development teams, operations staff and/or product management to define the specifications, provide additional information and obtain client sign-off
· Create, maintain and enhance a repeatable process to insure a quality experience for each client of Citco
· Ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction as well as management of service expectations including work products, timing, and value to be delivered
Technical Expectations/Professional Practices:
· Candidates must have demonstrated ability to work with external clients, vendors and brokers as well as developing good working relationships with each of these groups
· Candidates must have good business analysis skills. They will be required to provide specifications to the development team for new interfaces that are required for various data interfaces
· Candidates must have good problem solving skills. They will be required to research problems reported by their user community to determine if an actual problem exists or additional training is required. When actual problems exist, they need to, as appropriate, recommend workarounds until an actual resolution can be implemented
· Candidates must have the ability to explain difficult concepts to users in terms that they can easily understand. This should include developers, technical users and non-technical users
· Candidates must understand financial products and strategies that a hedge fund might use. Working knowledge of trading, risk and processing characteristics of equity, fixed income and OTC products.
· Candidates must have knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices, and a strong interest in further development and learning
· Candidates must have an affinity with Information Technology and basic technology knowledge
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Assist with designs reviews for content and usability
· Support system testing and beta programs
· Work closely with developers to ensure that the requirements are understood and that the designs support the requirements
