· Excellent Knowledge of IP Networking, and IP routing protocols. 
· ATM and Frame Relay technologies. 
· Excellent knowledge of GPRS/UMTS network architecture 
· SGSN/GGSN Integration Commissioning and administration (Charging, performance, O&M GPRS and UMTS interfaces Gr, Gn/Gp, Gs, Gd, Gb and IuPS) 
· Experienced in Interoperability Testing (IOT) with customer vendors for SGSN and GGSN network elements 
· Excellent knowledge of SS7 protocol and procedures (SCCP, MTP2, MTP3b, MAP, RANAP, BSSGP, BSSGP+ and SIGTRAN) 
· Good Linux/Solaris expertise 
· Experienced in System Acceptance Testing 
· Hands on experience in OSS and SNMP protocol 

Te main things are SGSN GGSN UMTS OSS call routing call flows and carrier class call manager

Senior Systems Architect with several years’ of work experience in the financial industry. The candidate for this role will be expected to evaluate our current multi-tier application service platform, our performance requirements, and projected growth in order to develop a roadmap leading to a new strategic technical architecture. As part of the Architecture and engineering function this position 
will be responsible for Developing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Architecture and Engineering function. This would include: 

Establishment of common practices and minimum standards, 
Creating customer (internal) relationship maps for individual

bank and regulatory requirements, and raising the level of understand of ITSM across the customers (A&E, Operations etc) 

The ideal candidate will have: 

Project management experience both in a group and across groups, 
direct interaction customer experience, use in defining and using metrics to track progress and for feedback, experience with budgeting, 
managing quality deliverables, ITIL knowledge, experience with CMM a plus, Project Management Professional (PMP,) certification a plus 
interpersonal skills, general managerial skills, technical skills are 
all required.
