The Director of Applications and Platforms Technology will be work with the chief technology architect to define the technology architectures for specifics business process solutions. > 10+ years of software product experience, with 5+ years experience in technical management of platform products. Hands-on coding experience a plus. Enterprise architecture background, can link technology options and architectures to business problems 
> Well versed in legacy and new technologies, their pros and cons and relative limitations in reference to building new platforms for clients 
> Knowledge of open standards-based , robust, scalable, rich application architecture, including a strong understanding of Web Services technologies 
> Knowledge of operational and security concerns related to SaaS, Multi-tenancy, Data Outsourcing and solutions addressing the same 
> Passion for enabling simple, innovative scenarios 
> Experience with building Software-as-a-Service or Business-Process-as-a-Service or Platform Solutions 
> Has a history of working with external technology partners
