Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and delegation skills.
 
Strong rolodex of Communication Service Provider executive client relationships.

Lead a team of cross-functional resources responsible for maximizing digital media revenues related to client's pay-per-call and other digital media services. 

Responsible for creating and executing the firm's digital media vision and achieving the growth and business objectives, providing day-to-day management of the ad operations team.
 

Specific duties and responsibilities:
 
· Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out plans in digital media.
 
· Represent the organization to major customers, industry conferences, the media, and the public.
 
· Ensure that digital media operations are being executed in accordance with the organization's goals.
 
· Review operating results of the team, compare them to established objectives, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
 
· Work with the senior management team to establish current and long range goals, objectives, and plans.
 
· Oversee hiring and management of the team.
 

REQUIREMENTS
 
· Broad knowledge and experience in Digital Media, preferably with pay-per-call services.
 
· Ability to operate in an agile environment without multiple layers of support.
 
· Management experience with big data analytics and reporting.
 
· Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
 
· Track record of exploiting new opportunities within a base of existing advertising partners.
 
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability of articulating the company’s ongoing vision and mission into sound operating strategies and tactics.
 
· Bachelor’s degree; MBA (preferred).
 
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models.
 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
