I'm doing a search for a client, a US headquartered professional services firm with about 150000 people on staff worldwide, NC, that is beefing up a practice that is based in Charlotte, NC that provides Risk, Performance Improvement, and IT Risk & Assurance services for clients. 

They would like to hire people who Basel II experience plus: 

Algorithmics 
SunGard 
FinArch 
Reveleus 
SAS 
CreditManager, Moodys KMV 
Credit Portfolio Management packages 
Reporting packages: Cognos, etc or 
Business intelligence tools 
to support clients nationally (travel is targeted at 50% - 70%) 

They are trying to hire people at several levels and will pay for relocation; visa transfers are also available with at least 3 years remaining on your H-1b.
