Provide leadership and management of all aspects of contract services for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of two co-generation plants. You will have the leadership role in a small team dedicated to operating and maintain customer's cogeneration plants at benchmark performance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Single point contact with customer regarding all commercial and technical matters, ensures customer is kept fully informed regarding all aspects of their operation and is responsible to understand and respond to customer concerns, issues, and requests.
- Provide leadership
- Manage 24x7 availability for onsite technical support for all reliability and maintenance activities.
- Lead technical support team for hardware and controls systems including interface with site services, and scope determination for rebuilds/repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance System planning for activities including detailed job plans, risk assessments, and integrated critical path schedules and documentation for Cogen performance, calibration records
- Manage site support plan
- Provide oversight and recommendations for changes or updates
- Manage all preventative inspections
- Manage the technical standards for the Gas Turbine packages.
- Plan and lead quarterly reviews with customer.
- Manage and maintain an incident data base for all Breakdowns and Process Failures. Manage the process for documentation and determination of root cause, ensuring Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and appropriate follow up is completed to eliminate a repeat occurrence.
- Lead efforts to provide best cost option purchasing analysis for specialized parts required to maintain the Operation.
- Manage a Project List for active and potential projects.
- Participate as technical resource and consultant on the Site Sustainability Team.
Candidates Must Have:
BA/BS (preferred in Engineering)
At least 5 years industry experience.

The ideal candidate must have expertise level knowledge on user interface designs and implementations utilizing Java. The candidate must
· Understand modern User Interface (UI) behaviors beyond just knowledge of the Java Swing toolkit.
· Know how to build custom focus managers, update controls based on real-time streams of data, and produce complex layouts using JXLayer;
· Understand that every pixel counts and the results must meet or exceed the design specifications and mock-ups.
· Understand how to minimize the memory footprint of the user interface and must provide a highly-responsive user experience.
· Should have experience in Jide, Substance look and feel and other API's.
· Knowledge and understand of processor affinity, the OS scheduler, and interrupts are a must.
