Developers to join the development and strategic improvement of the distributed mortgage analytics platform, with emphasis on performance, reliability and scalability. The candidate is required to have in-depth experience with similar systems, and fully understand the challenges that are associated with large scale and real-time analytics infrastructure. 

Requirements include: 
• Strong experience with .Net framework (2.0 / 3.0/ 3.5) and C# (minimum 3 years) 
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, Silverlight (2.0 / 3.0), WCF/SOA, Web Services, Web Application Development and IIS - Windows/Internet Security and WPF technologies is a strong plus 
• Some C++ programming experience in a Linux environment 
• Strong relational database experience 
• Fixed income industry experience, mortgage analytics experience is a plus 
• Experience with scripting languages (Perl, shell) is a plus 
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to think creatively 
• Comfortable interacting with non-technical personnel (traders and research analysts)

The client is looking for a lead web developer with experience in developing rich web portals ideally to support research and trading in an investment banking environment. The candidate is expected to have experience with similar systems, and fully understand the challenges that are associated with large scale portal infrastructure. This role will also participate in business support and day to day operations, in order to receive first hand information of requirements and issues. This is a user facing hands on role. 

Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with research and trading to design and develop research document management applications, workflow and data viewing tools and integrate with an internally developed client facing global platform 
• Co-ordinate the development effort within the team and outside the team 
• Work across a large stack of platforms and technologies 
• Support both existing and new applications 
• Lead a small team to execute development 

Profile: 
• Strong development skills demonstrated through a history of delivering significant and complex systems over at least 5 years 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Comfortable working in a fast paced results driven environment 
• Self motivated, creative and passionate about software development 
Core Requirements include: 
• Strong knowledge of portal development, UX and UI design 
• Strong development in at least one or more of C++, Java, C# 
• String OO design, programming and database (preferably Sybase, SQL Server) skills 
• Multi platform development experience 
• Knowledge of multiple web development technologies AJAX, JSP, JavaScript, Spring, Servlets, Weblogic, J2EE and scripting experience on a Linux platform

Daily market risk reporting and limits monitoring. 
Ensure that risk captured for risk reporting is complete and accurate. 
Research and explain changes in VaR. 
Understand and explain greeks, risk measures, and sensitivities of trading positions and portfolios. 
Market data sourcing and analyses. 
Research and follow-up on queries regarding risk and VaR from Market Risk Management, Front Office, and senior management. 
MIS and ad hoc reporting. 
Project work on process automation and data capture. 
New product type analyses and on-boarding for risk capture, VaR calculation, and risk reporting. 


Skills / Qualifications: 

At least 3 to 5 years' work experience in Market Risk, Product Control, or trading/capital markets. 
Knowledge of fixed income products. 
Prior supervisory and/or management experience. 
Strong PC skills with MS Excel and Access. 
VB knowledge. 
Ability to create, modify, and trouble-shoot macros. Ability to create and manipulate pivot tables. 
Experience with data mining and MIS reporting. 
Knowledge of greeks, risk measures, sensitivities, and VaR. 
Knowledge of derivatives and financial products, including swaps, forwards, options, and etc. 
Systems knowledge in Bloomberg, Calypso, Murex, Reuters, and/or Summit. 
Good communications skills. 
Strong quantitative, analytical, and reasoning skills.

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for performing installation, monitoring, and maintenance of assigned network data and voice systems, including associated servers and applications. The Senior Network Engineer needs advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and design skills. Must be able to clearly communicate and present information to technical and non-technical users, verbally and in writing. Works with some autonomy and determines overall priorities of assigned tasks. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

Two-year college degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. 

Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or equivalent experience. 

3 to 7 years of experience involving data/voice systems and applications. 

For voice roles, must be proficient in the design, operation, and maintenance of Cisco Voice Over IP (VoIP) technologies including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, gateway routers, etc. 

For data roles, must be proficient in network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of network devices such as access control servers, routers, firewalls, switches, monitoring/management software, and cabling in a medium or large LAN/WAN environment. 

Experience with CITRIX, preferred 

Experience with Data Center environmentals such as UPS and A/C, preferred 

Able to work non-standard hours as needed.
