Description:    1. Financial review and assessment of potential borrowers 
2. Research of potential borrowers 
3. Ability to deliver pitches 
4. Ability to effectively interface with investors 
5. Liaison with various internal business units 
6. Deal structuring/pitching and execution 

EXPERIENCE: 
1. Currently a VP level with minimum of 7 years of loan syndications experience 
2. Excellent writing skills 
3. Strong presentation skills -- able to interface with clients 
4. Strong credit skills 
5. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese are REQUIRED (Minimum Spanish fluency is required) 
6. Project Finance experience highly recommended 

SKILLS: 1. Excellent at prioritizing and multi-tasking. 
2. Excellent team and personnel management skills. Ability to stay "cool" under pressure. 
3. People person -- can handle working in a diverse (multi-cultural) environment., The person must be able to handle different personalities and have dealt with a large organization and have interfaced with a large number of people at different levels, (analysts, administrators, executives), and does not get "stressed" when dealing with people at different levels in the organization. An individual with a preference for working in small organizations would not be ideal. 
4. Must have had significant client contact and deal execution. 
Must be able to travel, work long hours as required and weekends on occasion.
