Possesses management and industry expertise to provide leadership, guidance and management skills necessary to ensure the success of the Product Release delivery from conception to deployment. The Director of Product Delivery heads the teams of Project Manager, Business Analysts and QA Engineers and works integrally with all departments internally coordinating resources, schedule and timely delivery of milestones. Maintains cross-functional unity and consensus around the Release Delivery. Responsible for formulating and managing Release plans, closely monitoring costs, changes in scope and non-compliance to Release schedule, managing risk and communicating project status throughout the company and senior management. The Director of Product Delivery helps to process and estimate new client requests, prepare proposals and determine implementation schedule. The Director of Product Delivery reports directly to the SVP of Product Management



Required Experience
A good candidate should exhibit the following skills:
Product delivery management experience
BA/BS, MBA preferred
Good product knowledge; preferably derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, and/or commodities
Must be a strong team leader
Strong team management skills (staffing, mentoring, reviewing)
Strong experience managing multifunctional teams
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record in managing client expectations
Application of structured developmental methodology
Ability to identify, track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise
Ability to prepared necessary documentation
Understanding of capabilities of relevant technologies
Hands on development experience a plus
PMI certification a plus
Ability to communicate issues clearly to both business and technology professionals
Ability to juggle multiple tasks

Lead Key Management and Information Assurance Engineer to provide the technical leadership and direction for architecture and design of the network assurance and key management architecture. This Information Assurance Senior Staff Engineer leads the Key Management Architecture, Design and Implementation Teams to successfully deliver a Key management architectural and implementation; which provides the required Information / Network Assurance protections to the TSAT Network. Additionally the Information Assurance Senior Staff Engineer assists in addressing the following network architecture topic areas: Core Network, Space/Ground Link, Mobility, IA, Network Management, and Interoperability. Because the candidate will be responsible for aligning the Key Management Architecture with the network architecture and emerging concepts envisioned by program architects and subject matter experts, the candidate should exhibit technical competency in all IP network-related subject areas for a large net-centric SATCOM program. A successful candidate will have expertise in industry-accepted and emerging key management and cryptographic technologies and standards, advanced networking protocols, and GIG interoperability standards.

Qualifications include: excellent project leadership skills; experience leading an architecture and implementation team in an integrated team environment; a solid technical background in Key Management and cryptography, Network Architecture Development and Network Management; a well-founded understanding in architectural design methodology including the ability to demonstrate the Information Assurance and Key Management mechanisms with Network Architecture and into a set of network design requirements; ability to work with customer and other stakeholders to develop operational and system requirements; ability to lead teams of people in the conduct of the job from a cost, technical and schedule objective. Candidate Must Have :

Principal Responsibilities:

§ Evaluates internal requirements for Wintel Server hardware and application software

§ Installs, configures, and supports Wintel Server hardware and application software

Experience/Qualifications:

§ Experience with tools for virtualization and backup functionalities such as Veritas Netbackup.
§ Extensive experience with WIN 2000/2003 Active Directory forest/domain models including GPOs and OUs, specific experience in multiple domain environments with incorporated advanced security functionalities.
§ Extensive knowledge of installation, setup and general use of a variety of Microsoft software products, including but not limited to SMS, SCOM, IIS, networking hardware and software (TCP/IP).
§ Experience supporting MS SQL Server in an administration and engineering environment
§ Knowledge of HP Proliant server family very desirable.
§ Knowledge of HP EVA SAN solutions a plus.
§ Knowledge of IBM MQ Series/IBM Websphere MQ in a Windows Cluster environment strongly desired.
