7+ years relevant experience in IT
5+ years of performance analysis and tuning
Knowledge of disk management tools such as LVM
Knowledge of clustering tools such as Redhat Cluster
3+ years of Shell/Perl Scripting
Cisco UCS Hardware knowledge and administration skills
Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally
Be both creative and imaginative in their thinking and approach to problem diagnosis, as well as being structured and disciplined when following process
Be results, client and service oriented
Be a strong technologist in Linux RedHat and Oracle Enterprise Linux Server Administration
 
 
Have experience with:
Supporting systems located in many countries round the globe
Liaising with IT colleagues round the globe 10. In addition, experience of some of the following is desirable but not essential:
Symantec NetBackup
HP Server Blades and Chassis
UCS
XEN Virtualisation
Lights-out server management using HP-iLO, Dell-DRAC and similar technologies.

8+ years’ experience in release management/system administration or other similar technical field.
Experience managing a team of technical professionals
Expertise in enterprise system configurations, operations and automation.
Expertise in software management/development (Java, Perl, Ruby or Python)
Expertise in engineering relevant to reliability, availability, scalability and performance
Expertise in software engineering tools and best practices
Expertise in Unix & Windows Administration
Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, fast learner
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

• Ph.D. in microbiology, chemical engineering or related science with a minimum of 6 years of experience in fermentation processes including 2 years of supervisory experience in industrial bioprocess settings
• Proven track record of effective team building and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative environments
• Strong background and extensive experience in fermentation science and fermentation operation from lab to production scale
• Hands-on experience in fermentation equipment and associated on-line & off-line analytical methods
• Experience in statistical design of experiments related to fermentation media optimization and process improvement
• Good working knowledge in industrial strain improvement
• Previous experience with fermentation and production of biologicals for agriculture is highly desirable.
 
Provide technical leadership in fermentation process development and manage fermentation teams and projects. The ideal candidate is highly versatile, energetic and has extensive technical background and excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative environments.

Qualifications
- 7+ years Financial Services Marketing experience.
- 8+ years of Credit Card direct marketing strategy development & program management expertise across channels.
- 4+ years of People Management experience - including senior team members.
- 3+ years of Budget management experience.
- Strong database marketing experience & ability to use customer data & insights to develop effective acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of the credit card business P&L, customer behavior drivers & cards marketing regulations is required.
- Understanding of creative development & management process is desired.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, & influencing abilities.
- Ability to structure business cases & lead effective strategy presentations with the objective of gaining influence/buy-in from a broad-ranging audience is required
- Background in process management & project management disciplines with their application to credit card marketing is highly desired
- Undergrad degree in quantitative sciences (Math, Economics, Statistics etc) is highly desirable.
- MBA is preferred.
 
Responsibilities include long-term campaign strategy development, annual marketing program planning, campaign & offer matrix design, test design & prioritization, budget management, direct mail investment decisions & cross-functional team management to ensure full-cycle direct marketing program implementation. The scope of the role is broad & includes Credit Card & Personal Loans/ Lines campaigns across Prescreened & Invite-to-Apply offers spanning various channels like Branches, Direct Mail, Telemarketing, ATM, Digital etc. The individual will be required to provide leadership to a team of process managers & analysts who support the role.
