Description:    Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, with a minimum of 10 years healthcare marketing experience with specific experience in both professional and consumer marketing. Must demonstrate ability to lead and directly manage and developed a diverse team, and be capable of developing a comprehensive plan, gain internal support and be able to effectively communicate the plan to key stakeholders. 

Responsibilities 
• Responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy and execution for assigned portfolio which includes: development of 3-year operational brand plan and modifying plan as needed, Life Cycle Management, including consumer-centric innovation, pricing and ensuring alignment of customer teams across all channels of distribution. 
• Drives brand focused market research efforts to gain category, customer and consumer insights. Manages forecasting, working closely with Demand Planning on production and logistic issues. Defines performance metrics. 
• Develops and manages relationships with national Key Opinion Leaders 
• Account for portfolio P&L, including overall forecast and budget allocation to brand teams, customer teams and budget monitoring. 
• Lead cross-functional teams needed to achieve key marketing initiatives defining and clarifying initiative objectives and managing the team, timelines and resources needed. Works closely with Sales to engage Strategic, Corporate, Distributor and key retail accounts to set strategy and budget allocations with these customers. 
• Must have a strong understanding of the US commercial, medical, regulatory, legal and manufacturing environments for the portfolio as they relate to key brand initiatives. Ideally has knowledge of both FDA and EPA regulatory requirements, and can build strong relationships with key contacts in each of these areas. 
• Responsible for representing regional US interests with Global Marketing and key countries around the world.
