· 5+ yr Solid experience in Visual Studio, C#, .NET, SQL Server 2005, SQL, Stored Procedures, OO Design 

· 5+ years proven knowledge and experience with various development and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or EPM, Visual Studio, SQL Server) 

· Exposure to project management methodology, preferably ADM. 

· 3+ years experience developing mission critical applications and/or updates to applications. 

· 3+ years experience documenting designs and support instructions for applications 



Preferred Qualifications: 

· 3+ Crystal Report development 

· 5 Years in a structured and formal software development process 

· Strong business and technical acumen Excellent verbal and written technical 



Primary Responsibilities: 

Work with project teams in the design, development, and deployment of solutions using domain technologies. Guidance includes, but is not limited to: 

· Partnering with project managers, solution architects and development resources to assist with design decisions and estimates for project tasks related to domain technologies. 

· Creation of deliverables and documentation per project delivery methodology 



Position Description: 

§ Demonstrated experience building applications deployed in Windows environment (not web). 

§ Solid experience in WinForms, Visual Studio, C#, .NET, SQL Server 2005, SQL, Stored Procedures, OO Design 

§ Develop applications and updates to a mission critical application 

Documentation 
Complete all required ADM documentation 
Map functional requirements to technical design 
Assist test lead in test planning and document completion 
Provide technical perspective on requirements 
Communication 
Communicate and coordinate with program technical leads, via weekly meetings and email updates 
Coordinate with the ESM program architect on program level constraints and impacts 
Attend weekly meetings with project team on milestones 
General 
Overall responsibility for review and completion of the underlying architecture, including all documentation 
Utilize Microsoft project to assess completeness and organize the efforts of the development team to ensure the successful delivery of client projects 
Participate in the coordination for Phase end and JAD sessions throughout the project
