Reporting to the Home Equity Group Product Manager, the Senior Home Equity Product Manager is responsible for growing home equity receivables and managing the P&L and product development of home equity line of credit. Understanding all disciplines involved in running a business, the Senior Home Equity Product manager will define the product’s overall customer-centric strategy and develop a business plan to ensure financial targets are met.


Qualifications
This opportunity requires: 10+ years product management and/or consumer marketing experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the home equity or mortgage industry; a proven track record for developing and executing successful customer acquisition/cross-sell programs; demonstrated ability to create, sell and implement new product strategies, including business case development. Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred.

•Technical: proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables a strong plus) and PowerPoint required.

The Senior Financial Engineer will play a lead role in the advancement of application as well as the development of new products. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, developing pricing models and risk management tools for exotic financial derivatives. Required Experience

Familiarity with Applied Mathematics techniques such as matrix algebra, Taylor Series approximations, Newton-Raphson methods, etc.
Preferred expertise in Fixed Income, Credit, FX or Commodity derivatives including exotics
Preferred Master or Doctorate degree in Quantitative Discipline such as Mathematics, Physics or Financial Engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
