As a member of the leadership team, this position will drive action plans to meet or exceed aggressive EH&S goals, act as the primary EH&S technical resource for the site and provide training and support for the site's hazard risk assessment strategy, program evaluation, audits, ISO 14001 registration, VPP and all other required EH&S external recognition programs. 

Along with management, act as the EH&S liaison with employees at the site. The EH&S manager must directly support employee engagement around EH&S and other key initiatives of the leadership team. Understand and proactively follow through on the Management Systems aspects and risks that have been identified as relevant to the site.
