7+ years experience 
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or comparable qualification) 
• Software architecture fundamentals 
• ‘C’ programming skills 
• Driving license 
• Standard PC knowledge 
• Good command of English, written and spoken 
• Knowledge or experience in the following areas would be advantageous: 
• Model based development using Rhapsody and Matlab/Simulink 
• Algorithm and software development 
• Driver assistance systems such as ACC 
• Tools and methods for software quality assurance 
• Development of safety critical systems 
• Customer relations 

Responsibilities: 

• Define development and test processes for the software architecture 
• Formalizing the software architecture using model based methods (e.g. Rhapsody), and its continued development 
• Integration of legacy software components into the software architecture and improvement of the interfaces through close cooperation with the software developers 
• Integration of customer-specific architectures 
• Lead the discussion about architecturally relevant requirements and topics with the customer 
• Definition of safety relevant components, coordinating with the safety team

Work as part of a team focused on the development, installation, integration, testing and maintenance of our business software applications. The role involves extensive user interaction and requires excellent problem solving skills. 

Responsibilities 
· Work with Clients to obtain business and technical specifications to help develop and implement next generation software solutions 
· Work in or leading small project teams on established activities or as a part of larger projects 
· Participate in the configuration, testing, enhancement and support phases associated with software development by working effectively with Clients and/or internal resources to define requirements, confirm solution designs and competently explain the end product 
· Work closely with or as part of our development teams to integrate release software into Client environments 
· Participating in company building exercises, such as recruiting or internal software and training development 

Qualifications 

· Bachelor's degree 
· Must be willing to travel up to 100% during the week 
· 3-10 years related experience in a consulting and/or software development 

Proficiency in using any of the following Microsoft technologies: C#, C++, Oracle, SQL Server, Crystal and Access 
· Long-term goals of project management and system building 
· Motivation to take on more responsibility, entrepreneurial skills and an interest to help grow and develop Client relationships

Hands-on managers to lead software implementations and/or software development efforts. Should also have functional knowledge of or interest in the energy industry as well as technical expertise of the software development life cycle. Ideal candidates will be technically and functionally well rounded and able to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization as well as represent this company to their clients. 

Managers lead teams focused on the development, installation, integration, testing and support of our business software applications. 

Some of the specific roles and responsibilities one could expect are as follows: 

· Successfully runs a large piece of work either in a Client setting or from a significant technical perspective 

· Serving as the primary day-to-day representative to active project Clients 

· Managing multiple resources and/or sub-teams on independent schedules toward successful completion of project level goals 

· Working with Clients to obtain business and technical specifications to help develop and implement next generation software solutions 

· Working closely with our development center to integrate release software into Client environments 

· Providing guidance, mentoring and support for less experienced consultants or developers 

Qualifications 

Looking for individuals that meet the following base qualifications: 
· Bachelor’s degree preferred 
· Must be willing to travel up to 80% during the week 
· 5 or more years related experience in business consulting and/or software development 
· Aspiration or work experience in the oil & gas industry 
· Experience in project management and/or management of software development efforts
