Salary to $150000 + bonus
15 Positions. 80% Travel Required
1) Enterprise architects with BPM skills (Pega, Lombardi, OBPM)
2) PMs with BPM skills (Pega, Lombardi, OBPM)
3) Strong technical resources in Pega, Lombardi, OBPM (not necessarily enterprise architects or PMs).
For the first two, they need to have AT LEAST 10 years of experience while for the third category, we can relax on the overall experience as long as their BPM experience is strong.

· 5+ years of in-depth analysis of Equities, Bonds & Derivatives
· It is critical the resource be able to understand what Equities, Bonds & Derivatives is and how it works to be able to converse with the managers about it is Key
· Advanced analytical skills, with some experience in scripting and Databases (SQL, Sybase,)
· Understanding of internal controls (Sox, etc.) and process design and flow?
· Understanding of basic capital markets (ability to see across various asset classes from macro view)?
· Ability to understand process and data flows?
· Ability to pick up new language and data structures (strats)?
· Effective communication skills , handle conf calls and meetings
· Management consulting experience a huge plus
· Looking for the consulting type that is versatile and understands financial services clients and capital markets
· Ability to build out client relationships and to up-sell on opportunities a huge plus
· Seeking candidates with a robust business background
