The primary responsibilities involve C++ development of risk management application.

Design, development and maintenance of pricing tools for various mortgage based assets and interest rate derivatives.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2+ years experience with C++/ MFC and solid fixed income financial knowledge such as swap and bond pricing, basic option pricing theory and risk parameters calculation.

In these cost cutting times, we would prefer someone closer to the lower range.

Responsibilities will include design, implementation, and documentation of high-quality features within our releases.

Qualifications should include:

5+ years software engineering experience
5 years documented experience programming using C#/.Net Framework
5 years experience with enterprise database platforms, such as SQL Server
Complete understanding of project life cycle and intimate knowledge of coding, unit testing and code review phases
Exceptionally strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Experience with the Java environment a plus
