Location: Washington-Seattle – Comp: Base (to 200k) + sign-on + bonus + stock + full relocation ++

Description

The Ordering team is looking for a customer-focused, technically savvy, detail-oriented, experienced Senior Manager to join our team.  Ordering delivers an extensible platform for our customers to build out merchandising features such as charging tax, offering promotions, offering variable and promotional shipping rates, and offering tailored gift wrap options. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a product vision that meets our customer's needs while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and budget goals. This position will lead multiple software engineering teams and drive delivery of product and feature releases that build and extend a world-class ordering services platform. The Senior Manager will drive strategy, prioritize projects and feature sets, and evaluate and set stakeholders expectations. This position will also write and review business cases and drive the product development schedule from design to release.

Qualifications

 

Responsibilities also include clearly communicating objectives, roles, responsibilities, desired outcomes and project status to clients and cross-functional teams.  Candidate must be a leader with excellent project-management skills, strong technical ability, great analytical skills, strong business judgment, superb communication, and outstanding customer insight. Ideal candidate has software development experience. Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of development team management experience.   Preferred experience also includes responsibility for managing a product development lifecycle.
