The Internal Review Manager reports to the Director of Internal Controls and is responsible for managing the assessment and review of internal controls. This includes overseeing the testing and verification of internal controls, as well as, the monitoring of significant firm issues to ensure adequate resolution plans are developed and executed. The Internal Review Manager will be responsible for working with senior managers to communicate issues identified during testing and to obtain appropriate plans for the resolution of these issues. In addition, this position will coordinate with the Internal Controls Implementation and Communication Manager to provide a substantive review of new policies and procedures, and implementation plans for new regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Through understanding of brokerage industry including systems, processes and controls, methodologies and tools, as well as, business unit functions. Ten years financial services or audit experience required. Three years Internal Audit, Regulatory Examination or similar experience is required. Through understanding of regulatory requirements preferred. Ability to collaborate with others, initiate action, adapt to change, make difficult decisions and accept challenging assignments. Ability to evaluate and solve problems from multiple perspectives. Knowledge of sophisticated and or complex products, processes or functions is preferred. Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CIA, or CFA) preferred. Ability to identify and direct team members strengths. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A (Senior) Project Manager is an integral part of their Client Relations
Department. He works closely with clients and the client's staff to

His main role is to co-ordinate and monitor project teams implementing

Giving particular support to new and junior team members. The client
places great emphasis on staff retention and does not allow project
staff to be burn-out or put under undue pressure.
Functional responsibilities include:
* People responsibility (size): no direct people management
responsibility as project teams are often assembled from different
organizations. However, all resources assigned to the project are and
work under the responsibility of the project manager on a daily basis
during the whole duration of the project.
* Revenue/budget responsibility: Typical project sizes will be >
$1m.
