Click Here to Apply Online Assess and document the processes within the Collateral Operations departments’ procedures and other operational workflows including any key controls (current state and post major system implementation) across various Collateral departments
Recommend and document process improvements, by creating flow charts, or perform risk and control assessments including internal controls for the Collateral’s core and non core processes. Capture metrics where necessary
Participate as a project team member in various collateral business and systems projects by serving many roles such as a data analyst or quality assurance analyst
Prepare and present to management any recommended process improvements
Coach and coordinate the rollout of revised procedures and workflows (including any supporting flow charts) including training of staff, publishing procedures and providing updates to supporting policies or standards
Participate in data discussions and Business Intelligence (“BI”) efforts supporting collateral data
Responsible for developing and automating various quality assurance measures across Collateral
Requirements:
BS/BA in business administration, finance, credit or related field desired. MBA in business administration or finance in progress. Experience in lieu of education is acceptable
Excellent PC tool skill including Microsoft Access, Excel, &Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills
Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and Communication (verbal and written) skills
Experience in a Quality Assurance role or process role a must
Five years of related banking, mortgage, securities, financial regulatory, quality assurance, training and operational process and documentation management experience
