The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing FIX Support to a professional customer base; conducting release conformance and certification; act as a subject matter expert for the FIX equity product; and provide Level II production support for FIX related issues.

Responsibilities to include:
Providing FIX and API member support
Insuring member release readiness and conformance
Conducting FIX conformance Testing.
Administration of Member Test Environments
Support of Market Data initiatives
Maintain automated conformance test scripts.
Managing escalation of Level II FIX technology issues
Documentation and issues tracking for the TMS team
Required Experience
Experience Required/Results Expected:

Must have expert level knowledge of FIX protocol and its application within U.S. equity and options markets. C/C++ programming language knowledge a plus
Must understand networking concepts
Must have ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Be able to propose necessary enhancements and or solutions to discovered issues.
Must be able to complete projects, objectives and assigned tasks in a timely manner
Must be an organized self starter with ability to multi-task.
Ability to deliver clear and concise written documentation.
Basic understanding of financial markets is required; prior experience working with trading systems a plus.
Must be able to deliver a high level of service to both external and internal customers.

Requirements:

My client is seeking an experienced consulting professional Telecom - Solution Architect to work as part of a team to cultivate, develop and manage opportunities in the US.

The incumbent would be responsible for architecting telecom solutions for various clients. H/She would provide the pre-sales support ( go with the sales guy to various client locations as required. Understand the client needs from a technical perspective and come up with solutions for the same.)

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing complex Telecom solutions.
* Able to learn new technologies quickly
* Ability to collaboratively solve problems
* Strong written and verbal skills

• Develop teaming skills in order to be an effective coach to operational teams
• Gain an understanding of the capital planning process and participate in future processes
• Assist in the hiring and selection of new team members
• Identify and recommend changes to existing lines or processes, which result in increased performance
• Assist in the start-up of new products

Essential Qualifications
• Bachelors degree required
3+ years supervisory experience managing hourly employees using a team based approach
• Previous experience supervising at team in a medium to high volume manufacturing environment required
• Proven track record in driving change using continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma) required
• Previous experience and food and/or CPG environment preferred
• Previous experience supervising a union workforce preferred
• Effective coaching facilitation, presentation, team building and communication skills
• Demonstrated people and leadership skills including conflict resolution, problem solving and performance management
• Desire to relocate in the future for career advancement
