Requirements
10+ years pharmaceutical experience
5+ years pharmaceutical business development experience
Experience in negotiating collaborations on behalf of a medium to large pharmaceutical company
 
Preferred:
Specific therapeutic support experience
5+ years sales/marketing background or familiarity with pharmaceutical commercialization and life cycle management
5+ years working with major pharma companies on authorized generics
Accounting and/or finance experience or practical experience
5-10 years in a leadership position
Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:
Expertise in wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts of pharmaceutical product commercialization
 
Travel Requirements:
25-50% domestic and international
 
Support the VP for new product and business development related activities, including implementation of strategy, policies and procedures. Supports objectives and priorities required to achieve business partnership and product commercialization goals. Responsible for the successful identification of business opportunities and effective maintenance of existing business relationships required to achieve commercialization goals.

Description:    Summary:
 
Working with cross-functional commodity teams, the Non-destructive Testing (NDT) Quality Engineer is responsible for all NDT activities and evaluating/approving external supplier NDT processes when necessary. These activities include establishing Quality System, Procedures, and Techniques for Magnetic Particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography. The NDT Quality Engineer will be responsible for NDT training and testing according to industry and corporate standards. Be responsible for conducting internal and external supplier quality system and process assessments and improvements.
 
40% Travel Required
 
Responsibilities Include:
 
Develop NDT procedure(s), techniques, calibration methods, equipment evaluation for Magnetic particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography.
Develop NDT personnel training, testing methods and required administration.
Evaluates Special processes at external and internal suppliers
Conducts supplier audits to quality standards and in support of supplier selection and improvement.
Drives effective root cause analyses and corrective action. Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities.
Performs Quality Engineering tasks like Quality Planning, Data Analysis and Process Control activities.
