Compensation: $75K - $105K / Year

This person will be challenged to drive year over year savings performance through source selection, supply agreement contract negotiations, and strategic cost reduction project management of commodities and key supplier accounts. Maintain strong Supplier Relationships to assure assigned suppliers are aligned to Medical Care business requirements and initiatives and must provide & maintain leading edge supply market transparency of global supply capabilities, conditions and risk factors.
The ideal person will be a professional with high global procurement competency with extensive experience with the company's organizational structure and methodology of operation. You will communicate with all levels of staff, including senior staff to present strategic sourcing solutions, drive consensus and internal alignment as well as standing report out of progress activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (i.e. Business, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain Management)
Overall 10-15 years of progressive experience, 5-10 years must be in global strategic sourcing
Must have extensive negotiating/contracting experience
Must have strong presentation/ leadership and project management skills
Must have strong analytical skills either in a business analyst or financial analyst capacity (i.e. validate savings, calculate net present value)
Creation and execution of commodity sourcing strategies
Commodity management experience in the following areas: electromechanical, molding/plastics, contract packaging, contract manufacturing, chemistry
Must highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

The Senior Systems Business Analyst functions as liaison between technical and business user group, specifically the Foreign Exchange group. The main focus will be creating systems requirements and learning the new FX application - FSS Spectrum which will replace the existing CLIENT FX legacy system. The replacement system will allow FX Trading and Operations to handle volume growth The Systems Business Analyst participates in all phases of the systems development life cycle – from project scoping, planning and requirements definition to issues resolution, testing, training and implementation
- Develop clear, concise methodology documents, which require proficiency in workflow analysis, dataflow diagramming, screen design, etc.
- Review and assist with project workflows.
- Review business requirements documents for completeness, clarity, assumptions, issues, etc.
- Facilitate the definition of functional requirements by working with programmer analysts and business users in prototyping and design sessions.
- Translate and present project concepts into effective visual images which clarify design elements and issues for both business and technical audiences.
- Ensure CLIENT methodology is followed for project.
- Provide meaningful feedback in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines.
- Maintain issue log; coordinate and support communications surrounding both systems and business user acceptance for assigned project(s).
- Identify and eliminate miscommunications between business and technical project team members.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, and/or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years financial services experience “Foreign Exchange”.
- Foreign Exchange or trading application experience, with any FSS Spectrum knowledge is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of full life-cycle methodology of systems development ; develop business requirements & systems documents; - Exposure to project work and project planning.
- Ability to analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to create presentations using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office).

The WebSphere Portal Engineer is responsible for ongoing maintenance/support of the Portal infrastructure including the production internet and intranet sites. This includes performing regularly scheduled maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting problems and performance tuning, addressing security issues, and developing/implementing standards, policies, and procedures. It also includes installing new web applications and upgrading vendor software releases. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving problems using structured troubleshooting methods, techniques, and tools; this will require close coordination with other departments within Systems and with external vendors during problem analysis/resolution.
Technical Experience;
· IBM WebSphere Portal v6 & v7 & Application Serverv6 & v7; performance, tuning and debugging of all software issues
• IBM WebSphere Portal installation, upgrade releases, support developers
· Troubleshooting, developing, deploying and supporting the applications on WebSphere Portal
• Knowledge of general internetworking concepts
• TCP/IP
• UNIX, Microsoft Windows 2003 and Linux
• Load Balancers (F5 Local Traffic Managers)
• IIS, Andrews File System, SiteScope, IBM Lotus Connections v2/5 & v3.0.
Knowledge/Skillset:
• Must have strong verbal communication skills
· College degree preferred; 4+ years corporate experience with WebSphere Portal Infrastructure
• Non developers/infrastructure minded
