Job Description:	EXHIBIT A     Job Description- Business Objects Administrator   The Business Objects System Administrator position involves administration of Business Objects Servers in the development, testing and Production environments. Required experiences: . 6+ years of Business Objects Architecture, deployment and development experience. . Candidates should have In-depth knowledge of Business Object 6.5 administration on AIX platform. Understands the Business Objects security model of 6.5 and upgraded XI R2. . At least 5 years of experience in Business Objects Server components installation, applying fixes/service packs, performance tuning and monitoring. . Strong Knowledge of Business Objects product families, specifically the Business Objects (BO) Web Intelligence, BO Universe development, BO Report development, Business Objects SDK, BO Ad Hoc reporting, BO System usage monitoring, BO Security design and implementation, BO Central Management Console, BO Info View, BO Scheduler. . Over 4 years experience supporting Business Objects applications at the enterprise level environment with ETL and Data Warehouse implementation. . Significant experience with Administration and all other aspects of Business Objects Enterprise; Designer, Desktop Intelligence and Web report development, software configuration, security integration, and deployment. . Experience with design of different Business Objects deployment architectures, including clustering, high-availability, and fault-tolerance. . Strong working knowledge of BO Auditor (configure Auditor events and reporting, analyze events for performance improvements). . Migration experience from Business Objects 6.5 to Business Objects XI R2. . Experience in working within the Windows 2003 and AIX is must. . Experience designing Disaster Recovery environment for Business Objects and Crystal Enterprise. . Experience in Financial system is preferred. . Have solid knowledge of Oracle database, SQL, and PL SQL. . Significant experience with Administration and all other aspects of Crystal Reports Enterprise 10 and XI is preferred. . Experience in web technologies, J2EE web application infrastructure (Web Sphere V5+, ITS) and Web Application Security (LDAP) is a major plus. . Participate in an on-call rotation for 24x7 supports. . Willing to work in a flexible work schedule.   Qualification Requirements 1. A master's degree in computer science from an accredited college and three years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience using mainframe, mini- or micro-computer technology in computer applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications, data base administration, or planning of data processing, at least 18 months of this experience must have been in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity in the areas of computer applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications, data base administration, or planning of data processing or in the supervision of staff performing these duties; or 2. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of experience as described in "1" above; or 3. A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of experience as described in "1" above; or 4. Education and experience equivalent to "1", "2" or "3" above. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and must possess at least three years of experience as described in "1" above, including the 18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described in "1" above.         Essential Skills . Financial Trading Experience

 

 SQA tester will be responsible for test planning, generation and execution of test cases and scripts for CRM web application.

Competencies:

§      Candidate must have 5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance and must have several years of experience using Mercury/HP test automation tools

§      Prior experience testing CRM applications required

§      Knowledge of application development standards, tools, and utilities required

§      Technically competent in marketing systems, data warehouse systems, database technologies (Oracle, SQL, ODBC)

Corporate Actions Specialist NYC to $75000 plus bonus

Corporate Actions Specialist

Base: $65-75K plus significant Bonus

Individual is responsible for processing all corporate actions related to fixed income instruments including, but not limited to:  consent solicitations, options to call issues, options to put issues, redemption offers, conversions, exchanges, tender offers and final payments.

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

§         Complete all related paperwork associated with a corporation action (e.g., holdings certification). 

§         Maintain Corporate Action database in line with information received from custodians and information providers.

§         Handle and process time critical information.

§         Process all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.

§         Monitor Portfolio Manager decisions and respond to the custodian in the required timeframes in the required manner.

§         Ensure acknowledgement of receipt of instruction for all custodians.

§         Process all actions in Invest One and Advanced Trading Platform, as appropriate.

§         Resolve complex problems relating to changing positions / transactions during corporate action periods and deals with brokers to ensure positions are protected.

§         Monitor voluntary corporate actions to ensure full entitlement is received.

§         Pay close attention to detail and understand the risks associated with time critical information.

§         Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and controls.

§         Develop and implement new initiatives and assist with process re-engineering projects for all corporate action related initiatives including internal technology improvements as well as implementing external custodian based solutions.

Competencies:

§         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§         Strong computer skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

§         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

§         Five plus years of related experience

Academic Qualifications (minimum requirements):

Undergraduate degree in related field.

A software sales executive is needed to fill a sales account management position in mid-town Manhattan and New Jersey. We need a bright, articulated, and aggressive sales executive to sell a primary suite of software products into the financial industry. The selling will be focused on driving new business in the capital markets industry by consulting with prospective clients to deliver straight-through processing (STP) solutions. Experience in software sales to the capital markets and financial industry is a requirement.

The sales executive will be responsible for lead generation and follow-up, pipeline management, drafting proposals, solution selling, and negotiating and closing deals. Effectively, the sales executive will manage the sales process end to end and carry a sales quota. The position will report to the Managing Director of Sales.  Salary is base plus commission, and based on experience.

Requirements:
Job requirements include knowledge of the financial and technology industry, with at least 3-5 years selling on the software vendor side. The candidate must have familiarity with computer software and terminology. Good communication, written, and presentation skills is also required.
