Description:   
Provide assistance and support in the daily operation of project management systems, including schedules, costs, risks and configuration control.
 
Monthly earned value reporting, including schedule status, cost collection, EV calculations and chart generation.
 
Maintenance and reporting of project's Risk Management program.
 
Implementation of Project Change Control system.
 
Assist in the coordination of monthly metrics meetings
 
Provide cost and scheduling information and reports to support planning, briefings, reviews and presentations
 
Assist in the coordination of the development and tracking of supplemental task agreements performed for international organization
 
Contribute to project controls team meetings through active participation, concept development and innovative solutions
 
Assist and interface with technical staff to ensure understanding and implementation of project controls guidance.  Provide support to technical staff in the development and distribution of information, reports and guidance
 
Ensure compliance with environment, safety, health and quality program requirements including ISMS, identifying ESH and QA issues and communication these to project management, ESH and QA contacts as appropriate
 
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or equivalent is required  Must be able to understand, interpret and generate project controls documentation and have experience analyzing project data.  Position requires great interpersonal and organizational communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to think independently, work in a team setting, handle complex multi-task environments, adhere to a very detailed project controls process and maintain detailed project measurements. 
 
Experience with project controls processes desired, but not required.  Must be able to use analytical skills to identify and anticipate potential issues and their resolutions or avoidance.  Should display initiative and creative thinking for proposing and implementing processes and procedures for all aspects of project control.  Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.  Knowledge of Primavera P6, Deltek Cobra and Primavera Risk is a big plus.

Basic Qualifications

Subject Matter Expert (SME) on governance processes related to SEC and regulatory reporting.
 
Responsibilitie
- Maintain existing regulatory reporting governance guidance and develop new guidance as needed
- Establish and maintain processes to monitor compliance with regulatory reporting governance guidance
- Partner with others such as Corporate Accounting Policy, SEC Reporting, and Regulatory Reporting areas to understand and evaluate accounting and reporting errors under applicable quantitative/qualitative guidance and establishing guidelines around the evaluation process as needed
- Monitor and review SEC/regulatory reporting and disclosure data and metrics from various sources including control testing results, Quality Assurance, audit and regulatory reports and assessing individually and in aggregate to assess broader impact to Company
- Administer and prepare materials for senior level oversight committees to assist those committees in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities
- Manage governance processes for other accounting areas
- Serve as a consultant to Lines of Business, report owners, and other interested parties
 
Qualifications
7+ years accounting experience and 4+ years management experience.
- Experience with SEC and bank regulatory reporting requirements, including working knowledge of the FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031/041, and FFIEC 101
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituents at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy

- BA/BS in accounting
