Will author, review and approve technical specifications, DFMEA's and test protocols, and execute design verification protocols.

Update SolidWorks CAD models and assemblies and review mechanical drawings and specification sheets. Create CAD models of plastic injection molded parts, sheet metal parts, aluminum castings, OEM parts and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Troubleshoot mechanical design and performance issues and complete root cause analysis and will develop project plans and budget estimates.

Candidate Must Have :
* Candidate will have a BS in mechanical engineering or similar degree.

* Experience designing products for medical device applications is a plus.

Monitor for empowered employees who work in an environment of belonging and purpose with fair and consistent application of our Service Standards.

Ensure compliance with all State and Federal laws as well as regulations and court rulings which pertain to Human Resources by reviewing current management practices, implementing new procedures and communicating verbally and in writing any new requirements.

Provide assistance, guidance and counseling to the General Manager, management staff and line employees in order to maximize the quality and professionalism of the hotel staff by listening and interpreting concerns and objectives and seeking solutions.

Review and appraise all personnel changes and paperwork for merit and accuracy. Approve all required Human Resource forms such as Personnel Authorizations and Employment Requisitions.

Primarily responsible for client relationships in segment. Substantial time spent on client contact.
