Must Have:

A very solid Fixed-Income Analytics/Risk environment background

A very solid understanding of debt instruments - strong associated business knowledge

A very solid demonstrated leader/communicator - skilled technologist

Experienced Project Lead/PM in Fixed-income related (specific experience with Risk Analytics a huge plus)

Experienced with Market Data Feeds (Reuters, Bloomberg)

Experience developing applications and/or designing data bases

The candidate's career path should show a focus on analysis/design aspects of software development - within the IT side of business
