Description:
Positions at Senior Manager and Partner levels
Must have the following tax and business experience and expertise:
· Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in either public accounting or industry
· CPA and/or J.D./LLM in Taxation
· Masters Degree in Taxation
· Experience reviewing tax compliance, both in detail and from a conceptual point of view, for high net worth individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts
· Trusted advisor to a range of clients such as business owners, corporations, partnerships, and trusts involved in a wide spectrum of operations and investments, both foreign and domestic, including:
· Real estate partnerships
· Investment partnerships
· Corporate management, both domestic and foreign
· Trust management
· Experience representing and structuring highly complex real estate transactions
· Experience representing and structuring complex domestic and foreign transactions involving corporations, partnerships, and disregarded entities to minimize the tax effects of operations. These efforts include, but are not limited to:
· Startup activity for investment in the US by foreign owners, both corporate and individual
· Consultation relative to multinational agreements to document the US and foreign activities of the business
· Consultation relative to merger and acquisition transactions
· Consultation relative to planning for exit strategies and succession planning
· Consultation regarding effective partnership allocations in light of current tax law to reflect the economics of the endeavor
· Experiecne working closely with the audit group with regard to their engagement providing ASC 740-10 (Fin 48) and ASC 740 (Fas 109) support and review. Assist with audit proposals relative to the aforementioned assistance.
· Experience providing the highest level of client service:
· High touch communication with clients
· Builds strong rapport with clients and is regarded as the trusted advisor
· Represent clients before various Federal and State taxing authorities including experience working with the Internal Revenue Service or the Franchise Tax Board
· Strong tax compliance, team and work flow management:
· Business development savvy
· Viewed as a thought leader in the business
· Active in civic, business, community, and philanthropic activities

Summary:
Provides Microsoft SharePoint management, configuration, design, training and expertise.
Essential Job Duties:
· Communicate with the business to gather requirements and translating them into business solutions.
· Build out department and sub sites (content, user access, document uploads).
· Create, manage and provide training to the content managers and users.
· Enforce site standards (layouts, security process, etc)
Creates, changes, and deletes user accounts per request.
Investigates and troubleshoots issues.
Assist IT Support with SharePoint support calls and transition support related tasks to the team as reasonable.
Ongoing research to determine SharePoint best practices for scalability and maintenance.
Setup, maintain, and monitor user security groups for all sites, making sure they follow corporate standards and governance.
Follow the change control procedures for migrating solutions into QA and Production environment
Supply reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly/on demand basis to the SharePoint Governance Committee around total list of sites in production with URL, full site name, and all site owners.
Log all support calls, issues found and updates required in our incident tracking tool.
Reviews system and application logs, and verifies completion of scheduled tasks.
Performs regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Performs regular file archival and purge as necessary.
Monitor and configure search services, define search scopes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to complete a project through the software development lifecycle, including initiation, requirements, design, construction/ programming, unit testing, deployment and support.
· Communicates clearly and concisely in a variety of communication settings and styles. Effectively tailors the message to the needs of the audience.
· Establishes goals and objectives which are specific, measurable, achievable and relevant.
· Lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent desired.
· Minimum of 3 years managing Microsoft SharePoint in a multi-farm enterprise environment.
· Strong knowledge of Information Architecture and Taxonomy design related to SharePoint.
· In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence.
· Experience in administration leveraging the Business Data Catalogue (BDC), Business Intelligence, and Document Management capabilities, InfoPath Forms Services, InfoPath Forms Designer and Enterprise Search.
· SharePoint Designer experience a plus.

Required Skills:
Proven experience with the Section 508 requirements of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act.
Knowledge of remediation of Section 508 accessibility issues.
Familiarity with browser-independent coding techniques.
Be able to create high quality, user-friendly designs.
Strong knowledge in front-end development technologies and experience working with modern server side frameworks.

Translate business requirements into wireframes, screen mock-ups, and prototypes.

A common web-based application template that presents a unified look and feel and a consistent branding message.
Common web components, development practices, and testing methodologies.
Research how users work with our products by performing task analysis, designing prototypes, performing usability studies, or other methods.
