Accountable for System project NPI QDRC metric performance and mantenance.
2.Uses and conforms to the Product Life Cycle policies and procedures, identifies process issues, and facilitates process improvement actions in support of the needs of the System.
3.Leads a multi-disciplined?team?to fulfill the system and product requirements of the customer.
4.Responsible to support customer account strategy.
5.Supports/performs sales forecasting and production planning.
6.Establishes pricing strategies and cost targets.
7.Maximizes margins and financial performance.
8.Reports program performance and results internally and to the customer.
9.Negotiates terms and conditions, agreements and contracts.
10.Manages proposal efforts.
11.Visits customer facilities.
12.Capable of multiple component/system integration program management.
13.Strong leadership, motivation and interpersonal skills.
14.Leads project management of system NPI projects including support of key supplier and customer relationships.

Candidate Must Have :

* 3-5 year aerospace industry experience
* 3 years program management and leadership
