The successful candidate will have responsibility for large-scale, mission-critical Securities Processing projects serving the needs of Investment Managers. Candidate's primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, document and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.

� Must have 6-8 years of experience performing business analysis activities for large, complex software systems.
� Must have a working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards and be well versed with the overall SDLC process and methodologies.
� Should have experience in/knowledge of investment management or securities processing.
� Must be able to manage multiple projects and complex program initiatives.
� The ideal candidate will also have very good verbal and presentation skills, strong client service skills and excellent analytic skills.

The job holder provides consultation to IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities and planning and implementing cross-functional applications or systems. S/he counsels clients on how to effectively use business applications or systems, including advanced functions and productivity enhancement. S/he also develops and maintains complete and accurate understanding of how the business unit conducts its business, the business's current technology and infrastructure and long-range business objectives.

Minimum 6 - 8 years experience required. Job holder must have prior experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management. S/he must have significant experience with many and varied functional requirements analyses, tools and techniques for clearly defining and documenting client needs. Prior experience defining best practices for functional analysis and requirements definition and identifying and conducting workflow automation required. Job holder must be a subject-matter expert in modeling business information, processes and events and be capable of introducing new concepts and technologies. S/he must have prior consulting experience with modeling, tools, techniques, strategies and the use of reusable information.

NO TRAVEL

This role is mainly a consultative role and would be the second person in our Professional Services group. The ideal candidate is a Big 4 alum or similar consulting background. This person must have experience working directly with external clients at the VP level or above. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of data analytics, behavioral analytics or business intelligence in the retail or e-commerce space.

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
The Client Services Manager (CSM) serves as the liaison between Proclivity Systems and our clients. The CSM is involved in the full client lifecycle, from pre-sales to initial client onboarding to ongoing client management and servicing. He or she must be able to understand our clients' businesses, their specific needs and how we can use our system and expertise to best help them achieve their business goals.

In performing these duties, the CSM will be a combination of sales engineer, senior data analyst, project manager and engagement manager. The CSM must have excellent communication skills, good risk management skills and a proven track record in direct client interaction and client management.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
6+ years in a client-facing consultative role
3+ years at a Big 4 or similar consulting firm
3+ years data analyst experience across various industries
E-Commerce, Retail or Consumer Goods experience required
Strong understanding of data analytics or business intelligence required
Strong client interaction and client management skills required
Strong risk management skills required
Good project management skills required
Pre-sales experience required

Data warehousing or OLAP experience a strong plus
