Description:    § Possess 8+ years of professional experience with most of this time focused on the analysis, design, development and testing of .Net based desktop applications. 4+ years focused on architecting complex business workflows and development leadership role. 
§ A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science or related field from a reputable university is highly desirable. 
§ Possess very strong “Hands-On” development skills using Microsoft technologies (.Net, C#, WPF, WCF), Oracle, XML, XSLT, COM, SOAP and Web Services technologies. 
§ Proficiency with Multi-threaded programming. 
§ CRM experience in a financial industry “would be a plus” 
§ Experience in agile methodology “would be a plus 
§ Experience with in-memory caching technologies, such as Oracle Coherence “would be a plus”. 
§ Strong Application and Design experience. In-depth experience and expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, Application Frameworks (Prism, MVVM etc.). 
§ Possess 5+ years of experience managing development and support teams spanning multiple continents and time zones. Experience with offshore development centers (ODCs) is essential. 
§ Function effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner. 
§ Experience in developing project plans, requirements, design documents, and test plans.
