§ Proven effectiveness with proprietary fixed income systems development at both the strategic and hands on management level with progressively more complex responsibilities in an investment management client focused environment

§ Strong related experience in fixed income technologies within the buy side of an investment management organization.

§ Has a high degree of knowledge of asset management principles, fixed income instruments and overall domain knowledge.

§ Clearly understands purposes, objectives, practices and procedures of the fixed income trading platform as well as interdependent functions of related business units.

§ Demonstrated excellence in developing and implementing highly effective technology solutions focused on delivering swift accurate analysis, documentation and presentation tools required

§ Maintains a solid knowledge of corporate and departmental information system strategies.

§ Has advanced written and oral communication skills to make technical or non-technical material understandable to the business units and to conduct meetings or training sessions.

§ Experience working with external auditors and coordinating IT responses to audit related request and queries.

§ Knowledge of all phases of fixed income trading platform systems development, development methodology required.

§ Experience building solutions with J2EE architecture
§ Knowledge of relational database environment, SQL/Oracle required.
§ Ten plus years of proven people management experience overseeing small technology teams of employees
§ Ten plus years of relevant information systems experience and overall progressive responsibility within technological functions

Is able to recognize attributes (i.e., isolated traits, objective measures or tasks) of a clinical situation without situational experience. RN II: Independently plans and implements routine nursing care in predictable situations using standards. Begins to assume leadership responsibility. Needs minimal supervision. Advancement from RN I or a minimum of one (1) year continuous recent experience in a comparable patient care setting. Clinical competency in primary specialty and a minimum of one (1) float area required within one year of attaining CN II status. RN III: Plans and implements nursing care, individualizing care as needed, without supervision. Able to manage routine and emergency care. Assumes basic leadership responsibilities. Advancement from RN II or a minimum of 3 years current acute care experience 2 of which are in primary unit specialty. Clinical competency in primary specialty and a minimum of one (1) float area required within one year of hire. RN I/II/III: BLS: All nursing departments ACLS: CCU, ER. OR, PACU NRP: OB CPI: ER, MHU, JRH
