Content Management System Developer –

 2-4 yrs exp.

 

       H1-B Visa holders' can be presented

 

Responsibilities include the following:

                   Work with others on the Content Management team to research, develop, and implement industry standards and best

                      practices for our WorldServer Content Management System, XML authoring tool, and output customizations.

           Develop, test, and debug new features/customizations for Content Management system and CM tools using open source

              technology and the WorldServer Java-based SDK.

           Develop, test, and debug our Enterprise Content Management web-based search application using the company's software

              product.

           Integrate and/or replace our current Technical Documentation application with the Enterprise Content Management search

              application.

           Help administer and perform maintenance for our Content Management system and its SQL and XHive databases as needed.

           Adhere to the department's development and testing policies.

           Create programming specifications for each project.

 

Skills Required:

                            Proficient in XSLT, XML, and J2EE.

           Working knowledge of IDEs, preferably Eclipse.

           Working knowledge of SQL database.

           Familiarity with content management systems, XQuery, and XPath.

           Familiarity with .NET.

           SQL database programming experience.

           Ability to work on multiple, moderately complex projects.

           Excellent communication skills.

           Excellent time-management skills.

           Knowledge of localization a plus.

- Consult with clients to ascertain and define needs or problem areas, and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solutions

- Analyze / define business process requirements and delivers to the client

- Support setup of enhancement requests, test cases and understands technical fine specifications

- Support the definition of reporting requirements

- Configure the software to enable demonstration of business processes and business requirements on “sandbox” system in order to facilitate blueprinting

- Support testing activities and resolution of test issues

- Ensure quality of deliverables

- Conduct study or survey on need or problem to obtain data required for solution.

- Analyze data to determine solution such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services.

- Create status reports as required.

- Advise client on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution.

- Communicate to the client and to the project team

- Learn additional applications (FS-RI, FS-CD, etc.) in technical as well as business respects

 

Essential Skills

Business Knowledge

- Expertise in complex primary/reinsurance business processes (industry knowledge)

- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential

- Consulting skills and mindset (advisory role, knowledge transfer, etc.)

 

IT-Knowledge

- Knowledge of the SAP environment (configuration, ASAP) preferred but not required

- Expertise in the areas of FS-RI, FS-CD, FS-CD, GL, FI preferred (WILL TRAIN)

- In depth knowledge of  at least one administrative system in the insurance area (user or business expert)

- At least five years of primary and/or reinsurance knowledge

- Ability to reflect business knowledge in IT-processes and solutions

- Relocation to an area commutable to Princeton, New Jersey - Relocation Allowance provided

Job Description:	Location: Stamford, Conn. Description: The Clinical Applications Manager acts as a business liaison to all clinical departments .   This includes, but is not limited to, the development of business cases relating to technology that improves patient safety and medication safety.  Additionally, position is responsible for the overall design, implementation, training, documentation, operation and support of Clinical Healthcare Information System (HIS) applications, databases, interfaces and reports. Position manages department activities in accordance with  priorities and department goals and objectives.    Required Skills This individual needs skills and experience to be a Thought Leader, Solution Provider, Relationship Maker, Staff Manager and Clinical Business Partner. Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or related field of study.  A minimum of 3 to 5 years management experience in a similar environment is required with 5+ years experience in HIS application design, implementation and support.  Strong, demonstrable experience with clinical applications, Microsoft Office suite and Project Management methodology.  Demonstrated expertise, and extensive experience with Clinical HIS applications including Patient Safety and Medication Safety required along with recent experience in healthcare.  Experience with MEDITECH applications highly preferred.
