Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of international and domestic banking which may include managing multiple international businesses and processes. Experience in handling complex transactions across multiple systems. Strong customer orientation. Demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels of staff, managers and business partners across multiple sites, businesses and/or countries. Leadership skills with proven ability to develop staff, assess issues and risks, make quick decisions, continuously improve processes and influence change.
 
Demonstrated operations management experience including identification of inefficiencies, development of best practices, development of control points, and oversight of production volume. Demonstrated trade services experience including strong background in handling complex transactions with ability to identify customer-centric solutions. Demonstrated understanding of the importance of compliance and regulatory requirements in international banking. Strong organizational, analytical and detail oriented skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Work with the business helping to move from existing legacy ERP to Microsoft Dynamics AX. The role is intended to be a senior role for an individual who has demonstrated expertise in defining and documenting requirements, specifications and test plans, in addition to having an in-depth knowledge of the SDLC process. Must have experience with Dynamics AX!
 
Duties:
-Responsible for identifying and analyzing user requirements.
-Learn and understand the "as is" environment to be able to provide functional expertise and knowledge of the existing business practices
-Reconcile the user requirements to new system capabilities
-Liaise between the user community and project team
-Represent the user interests in system design and software configuration planning meetings
-Works with users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the software applications
-Works with the users to develop and executes test scenarios
-Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar technical role
