Assist in developing and maintaining Compliance Program. Duties include due diligence; testing of policies and procedures of the funds and the funds service providers (including sub-investment advisers, administrator, distributor and transfer agents).

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelors degree or higher required. 4+ years investment adviser or mutual fund compliance experience required.
* Experience with activities supporting mutual fund SEC Rule 38(a)-1 Compliance Programs preferred.
* Additional experience in Fund Accounting/Administration or Internal Audit a plus.
* Skills required: Good understanding of mutual funds; Knowledge of securities and markets; Basic knowledge of securities laws relating to mutual funds.
* Candidate must have excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Candidate must have strong PC skills.

Other Desired Skills / Experience

The candidate will evaluate risks and controls associated with various business line processes and accounting practices, and performs testing to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, GAAP, regulatory requirements, and the effectiveness of the control systems primarily for the Treasury Services Sector.
