Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 / Hour

• BA/BS or graduate degree in English, Technical Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred
• High level of familiarity with modern computing environments (OS, file systems, networking, etc.)
• High level of familiarity with the software development environments, preferably .NET
• Understanding of XML and related technologies
• Three or more years of experience developing assistance content for a variety of audiences ranging from end-users to developers, using a variety of delivery formats, including in-product help, web articles, white papers and SDKs
• Writing for end users with various levels of technical experience and designing and writing online documentation
• Knowledge of trends in user assistance and content publishing industry
• Ability to learn new tools, technologies and processes quickly and independently
