Possess a thorough understanding of development and testing methodologies; Experience with Peopletools, upgrade/patch testing, ERP Technical Architecture, and blackbox testing; Experience creating testing deliverables that include Test Strategies, Cases and Scripts. Strong analytical and problem solving skills (i.e. analysis, recreation and documenting the impact on the system overall) Experience testing PeopleSoft 8.x configuration, new functionality, patches, fixes and upgrades. Thorough knowledge performing data analysis using PeopleTools (SQR and SQL). Functional knowledge of HR Benefits and Payroll administration processes. Experience testing legacy systems and 3rd party vendor interfaces. Experience using Rational Suite (Rational Functional Tester, Test Manager, Req Pro, Clear Case and Clear Quest) Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementations. Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment.
